Ginger is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
She is a graduate of both City University of Seattle's Master of Counselling graduate program as well as Clearmind International’s Counsellor Practitioner Training Program.
Ginger offers an unconditionally patient and accepting perspective for whatever difficulty or hardship you may be experiencing.
She utilizes resources and interventions from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to family systems therapy, transpersonal therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and somatic mindfulness practices.
Ginger also takes a client-centered approach in all of her work, which allows space for the unique circumstances of each client’s life while ultimately collaborating on manageable steps toward desired change.
Ginger has a particular interest in working with young adults on topics of identity development, relationship with self, anxiety, depression, interpersonal dynamics, trauma, and grief.
