He has a strong background in the field, with extensive training and education, as well as professional experience. Michael believes in the power of collaboration and inclusivity in counselling and creates a safe, understanding, and respectful environment for his clients.

"I see counselling as a collaborative and supportive process in which we work together to facilitate your healing and growth. I believe you are the expert of your unique inner world; my role is to hold space for you to safely identify and actively change patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you. I encourage self-empowerment, mindfulness, and the processing of emotions, and help you connect with your inner knowing and core sense of self. Together, we can explore new ways of being and create lasting positive change."
