She creates an accepting and safe space for her clients where they feel heard, seen, and understood. “One of my main challenges was to know and live my worth. Growing up in an immigrant family with generational loss and emotional trauma, I struggled to acknowledge my needs and establish healthy boundaries. In an effort to find meaningful change and live my potential, I entered therapy.

I engaged in the vulnerable, courageous, and hard work of visiting the forbidden parts of my psyche and processed the uncomfortable feelings of abandonment, shame, and grief. When I learned about my family history, I found compassion for myself and my family. I broke transgenerational cycles. Going through this process changed my life. I now live an empowered, thoughtful, and aware life and am a present and valued member of my family system and community.”
