About Our Counsellors

At Benchmark Counselling Group, we're a bunch of therapy professionals who have triumphed over personal challenges like anxiety, burn-out, co-dependency, and those wild rollercoasters called life transitions. We've dived deep into depression and braved the stormy seas of parenting struggles. Through our journeys, we've learned the most vital lesson of all—you can’t do it alone.

We’re here to support you on your journey, because you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.

  • therapist-north vancouver-Craig-Wanless

    Craig Wanless, MTC, RCS

Change often involves letting go of strategies that we initially developed to protect ourselves. Giving up familiar patterns and habits (even those which are no longer helpful or adaptive) can be scary. I help clients regulate anxiety in the face of change.

This empowers clients to live more fully and freely, with greater satisfaction.
